Activate Sensory / Motor Control
The muscular system protects our bones and joint as well as helps move the bones to allow for movement and locomotion. But this task alone is dependent so much on how well the signals from the brain to the muscles are communicating. Now that we have assessed deviations of bones, muscular weakness, and dysfunctional movement patterns we need to facilitate sensorimotor signaling and reset how the brain communicates to the muscles. We will address this through a number of manual modalities and external devices designed to facilitate communication between the mind and body.
You will be guided on how to create and coordinate structural and muscular movement patterns focusing on the ascending and descending neuromuscular pathways between the eyes, jaw, and all the way down to the feet to help make sure the body is systemically having a conversation and be prepared for any physical fitness and athletic stress.
