Orchestrate Movement
Now that the body has better structural alignment, symmetrical joint mobility, an increase in muscular contractile capability, and coordinated sensory motor control development, the body now has to internalize and gather all the information we facilitated and apply this systemic integration to movement. You will learn how to actively sense/move each bone/joint and understand/feel what muscles associate with these postures so that you will have a true understanding how to orchestrate a contraction of these muscles. Along with being educated on how to engage each muscle you will also learn how to demonstrate how to shorten and lengthen their tissue under isometric contractions which will initiate from low load- to high load force applications to orchestrate proper sequencing of muscular patterns.
